Objective:To study the expression and correlation of Bcl-2 and Be1-10 gene in B-NHL and the evaluation as prognostic evaluated indicator of B-NHL and the effect of chemotherapy. Methods:Bcl-2 and Be1-10 gene expression were in the tissues and blood of 40 patients with B-NHL as well as 20 reactive hyperplasia of lymphnode by RT-PCR.Results:Positive expression rate of Bcl-2 and Bcl-10 mRNA in the tissues and blood were 72.5% and 55.0%,65.0% and 35.0% and reactive hyperplasia of lymphnode were 45.0% and 20.0%,47.5% and 10.0% respectively.Positive expression rate of Bcl-2 and Bcl-10 mRNA in B-NHL was higher than reactive hyperplasia of lymphnode (P<0.05).There was correlation between expression grade of Bcl-2 and Bcl-10 mRNA and clinicpathological parameters such as tumor histopathologic classification,Ann-Arbor clinical stage,LDH andβ2-MG (P<0.05).There was no correlation between expression grade of Bcl-2 and Bcl-10 mRNA clinicpathological parameters such as patient's age, PS, number of extranodal involvement (P>0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-10 mRNA and clinicpathological parameters such as tumor histopathologic classification, Ann-Arbor clinical stage (P<0.05). Conclusion:There was significantly correlation between the expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-10 mRNA in B-NHL and RH, the tissues and blood, and clinicpathological parameters such as tumor histopathologic classification, Ann-Arbor clinical stage and recent effects. Expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-10 mRNA could be choosen as predictors of progrosis in B-NHL.And be choosen to forecast the effect of chemotherapy.
