Objective:To analyze and no tube of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment infant stones, effectiveness and safety assessment of minimally invasive surgery without tube in treating infantile kidney stones, discusses the advantage of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy renal made fistula not retained indications and feasibility. Methods:Since September 2008 until July 2009, a total of 56 cases of our hospital do minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopic surgery patients, infantile kidney stones, average age 7m-36m 21.5 m, it will be in the same inclusion criteria under randomly divided into two groups:no tube end of group in surgery not retained fistula, and standard renal made group, conventional lien renal made fistula. Two groups of gender, age was not statistically significant. Statistical postoperative recovery average hemoglobin decline degree, surgical complications, average length of hospital stay, stone-free rate, postoperative resume normal life time such indicators. Results:No tube of group and standard group stone-free rate, infection, postoperative recovery average hemoglobin degree index dropped two groups had no significant difference, The average length of time and return to normal life time without tube of group below standard group.Conclusion:No tube of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy therapeutic part pediatric patients with renal stones are safe and effective, with postoperative recover quickly, aching discomfort less and less complications, the length of time is short, etc.
