Objective:We use the liver biopsy specimens of chronic hepatitis B patients combined hepatic fatty change to observe the liver cell lipid metabolic changes under the influence of Hepatitis B virus and to investigate the effect of HBV on the expression of Sterol regulatory element binding proteins (SREBP-1c and SREBP-2) in hepatocyte, then we can find a mechanism of the happening of chronic hepatitis B combined hepatic fatty change ,which will provide a new therapeutic targets for intervention the deterioration of chronic hepatitis B and provide theoretical basis for new drug development. Methods : The patients were dividied into HBVDNA≤10~3group, 10~30.05) in these groups. Conclusion : HBVDNA upregulated the expression of SREBP-1c mRNA and protein and promoted hepatic lipid accumulation, which indicated HBVDNA could participate in the lipid metabolism and process of steatosis of hepatocytes in patients with chronic hepatitis B combined hepatic fatty change .
