Clinical Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Hyperbaric Oxygenation On Heavy Craniocerebral Injury

Objective:Craniocerebral injury is one of the most frequent emergencies of neurosurgery.The incidence rate is the second position during the wound of all over the body.It has the characteristics such as high disease rate,quickly changing,much demanding emergency operation,the task is heavy for its therapy,and so on.Commonly,it combines other injuries of other part.So it is the difficulty of the remedy process. Hyperbaric oxygen treatment is one of the unripe clinical subfield,in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber,we supply oxygen for patients above one atmospheric pressure,through the blood circulation,the brain can receive much more oxygen.So it can increase the dispertion of oxygen and the oxygen content of the brain,lighten encephaledema,reduce intracranial pressure,improve microcirculation,promote the damage brain tissue recovery,improve the function of the nerves,improve prognosis and elevate life quality of the patients.To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on heavy craniocerebral injury。To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on heavy craniocerebral injury。To identify the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on heavy craniocerebral injury。We can direct the clinical treatment of heavy craniocerebral injury preferably,improve the prognosis of patients,decrease the after effects and elevate their life quality.Methods : Through collecting clinical history,conducting clinical research,I will analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on heavy craniocerebral injury,and through literature retrieval,I will investigate the related mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for heavy craniocerebral injury and something important about hyperbaric oxygen treatment.To select from the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University,2008-2010,(40) cases patients of heavy craniocerebral injury.Some patients were treated by hyperbaric oxygen treatment,and others were treated by conventional therapy.In conventional therapy team,all patients were treated by dewatering,hemostasis,advancing consciousness,pressing down the gastric acid excretion, trophicing nerve,expanding blood vessel and so on.The others were treated by hyperbaric oxygen besides the conventional therapy.During these patients,there were(10)cases diffuse axonal injury that were treated by hyperbaric oxygenation,and (6)cases that were treated by conventional therapy,there were (2) cases brain contusion that were treated by hyperbaric oxygenation,and (3) cases that were treated by conventional therapy, there were(2)cases cerebral hemorrhage that were treated by hyperbaric oxygenation,and (5)cases that were treated by conventional therapy, there were(6)cases hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery that were treated by hyperbaric oxygenation,and (6)cases that were treated by conventional therapy.Observing the targets of age,sex,kinds of diseases,conditions of hospitalization, conditions before hyperbaric oxygenation, conditions of leaving hospital,then analyzing these datas by statistical methods.Results:Craniocerebral injury is one of the most frequent emergencies of neurosurgery,high disease rate,heavy condition,quick progression and high mutilation rate are the clinical features of heavy craniocerebral injury,how to improve the prognosis of heavy craniocerebral injury is the focal point of clinical research.Through analyzing these datas,I discover that the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation on heavy craniocerebral injury is better than the effect of conventional therapy on heavy craniocerebral injury.These methods have statistical differences.The types of heavy craniocerebral injury,age and sex have no effect on the result of these methods.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen treatment is an important method that is used to treat heave craniocerebral injury,at the same time,It is also helpful during the stage of rehabilitation.It has very important effect on improving anoxia of brain,lightening brain edema,advancing alertness,improving microcirculation and nerve dysfunction,shortening the course of disease and decreasing after effects. We advocate using hyperbaric oxygenation the earlier the better if the patients have not apparent contraindication and their vital signs are stable.
