The Comparative Study On The Effects Of Cellular Immune Function Of Skin With GunZhen And Moxibustion

Objective:To observe the comparative advantage and discuss the mechanism of the cellular immune function of skin with GunZhen and moxibustion through the animal experiment.Methods:Twenty-seven SD rats were randomly divided into four groups. The model group,the moxibustion group and the GunZhen group were made with intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose which can make the aging model rats. The GunZhen group were treated with GunZhen in first siding line of the urinary bladder channel of foot taiyang.The moxibustion group were treated with whirly moxibustion in the same channel.4 weeks later, make use of ICH to detect the levels of IL-12, CD80, MHC-â…¡and Vimentin in the cell of the skin.Results:â‘ The GunZhen therapy and moxibustion therapy can all raise the positive level of IL-12 which exist in the skin cell of the aging rats(P<0.01).The positive level of IL-12 of GunZhen group are higher compared with moxibustion group(P<0.01).â‘¡The GunZhen therapy can raise the positive level of CD80 which exist in the skin cell of the aging rats (P<0.01)and the moxibustion therapy can raise the positive level of CD80 (P>0.05). Compared with moxibustion therapy.the positive level of GunZhen therapy are higher (P>0.05).â‘¢The GunZhen and moxibustion therapy can all raise the positive level of MHC-II which exist in the skin cell of the aging rats (P>0.05). Compared with moxibustion group.the positive level of GunZhen group are higher (P>0.05).â‘£The GunZhen therapy can raise the positive level of Vimentin which exist in the skin cell of the aging rats (P>0.05).and the moxibustion can raise the positive level of Vimentin (P<0.01). The positive level of GunZhen therapy are lower compared with moxibustion therapy(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The GunZhen therapy has the advantage of improving the positive levels of IL-12,CD80 and MHC-â…¡. and the moxibustion therapy has the advantage of improving the positive level of Vimentin. (2)Moxibustion and GunZhen therapy may be activiate the expression of IL-12, CD-80. MHC-â…¡and Vimentin in local skin to rectify hypoimmunity. (3)NICS.which is composed of local immune and neural immune system, would be a novel regulation tagert for acupuncture and moxibustion.
