The Body Constitution Investigation And Treatment Scheme Designing For POF Of 60 Patients

Objective:To study the distribution of traditional Chinese Medcine (TCM) constitution and the relationship between TCM constitution and syndrome form the Premature ovarian failure (POF) patients, And follow the principle"take actions that suit the body constitution", for the different tpye of conditioning to scheme the appropriate treatment,hope to provide new ideas and methods to prevent the occurrence of this disease and provide individualized treatment.Methods:Epidemiological research method was obeyed during the whole study. Investigation foundation in tabulation of TCM constitution contrive by professor Wang Qi with the clinical manifestations of POF,development of " the questionaire of Premature Ovarian failure syndromes ",By the methods of self-administered and ask-answered the questionaires, with clinical date collected, all data was collated and analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Result:A total of 60 patients with premature ovarian failure, the following results:1. In the constitution types of POF patients,normal constitution was less in 9, accounting for 15%, biased constitution was more in 51, accounting for 85%.It's meaning that premature ovarian failure patients existence of the body consitution bias.2.In the constitution types of POF patients,Liver-Qi stagnation, yin deficiency and yang deficiency were higher than others,accounted for 50%,33.33%,28.33%, It's meaning that the development of POF was closely related with Liver-Qi stagnation, yin deficiency and yang deficiency.3.In the syndrome of POF, kidney deficiency and Liver stagnation is the majority(36.67%), Secondly, the liver-kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency accounting for 25% and 16.67%.4.The results of those patients whoes differentiation belong to liver and kidney, (refer to kidney deficiency and liver yu andliver-kidney yin deficiency),the quality the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); between Liver-Qi stagnation and yin deficiency the quality the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) between Liver-Qi stagnation and yang deficiency,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); between yin deficiency and yang deficiency,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); Which shows the Liver-Qi stagnation, yin deficiency are more likely catch the liver and kidney syndromes than yang deficiency. Kidney yang deficiency syndrome in patients with relatively;the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); between Liver-Qi stagnation and yin deficiency the quality the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); between Liver-Qi stagnation and yang deficiency,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); between yin deficiency and yang deficiency,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) Which shows that yang deficiency patients were more likely catch the kidney yang deficiency syndrome than others.Conclusion:1.In the constitution types of POF patients,Liver-Qi stagnation,yin deficiency and yang deficiency constitutions were accounted the majority, Therefor, the development of premature ovarian failure was closely related with TCM constitution types.2.TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure was correlated with constitution. The constitution could affect the evolution and development of TCM syndrome.3.learn to TCM constitution science that has adjustable, Therefor, it is expected to be biased by treatment the body consititution to prevent the occurrence of premature ovarian failure and provide individual treatment.
