Objective:As the coming of the aging society and improvement of living standards, the rate of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAHD) is rising year by year. Coronary artery bypass grafting has become One of the most effective treatment .Pulmonary complications after CABG influence seriously postoperative recovery and operation effect . How to reduce pulmonary complications after CABG,has been a new topic to CAHD of surgery. The analysis of the related factors of pulmonary complications after CABG can provide a theories for clinical treatmeant and prevention pulmonary complications and decrease the occurrence of hypoxemia after CABG with this.Materials and Methods:Collected 199 cases undergoing CABG in department of cardiac surgery of FuJian provincial hospital from January,2006 to October,2010.Referring to clinical experierces,16 relevant factors were analyed retrospectively. The factors were age ,sex ,weight ,smoking, diabetes , hypertension , hyperlipemia ,pulmonary infection, heart index, Valvular heart disease, the count of bypass ,the time of CPB, blood in surgery, liquid in surgery, combined surgery .Results: There were 85 case in 199 to appear pulmonary complications .There were 8 factors showed obviously relativity with pulmonary complications after CABG. There were age, hypertension , pulmonary infection, heart index, Valvular heart disease, ,the time of CPB, blood in surgery, combined surgery.Conclusion:1. pulmonary complications after CABG influence directly the recovery and operation effect, delaying recovery, staying in hospital for extensional time and increasing expense.2. the time of CPB and blood in surgery were very important factors.3. age, hypertension , pulmonary infection ,heart index, Valvular heart disease showed obviously relativity with hypoxemia after CABG.4. sex and hyperlipemia did not obviously relativity with hypoxemia after CABG.5. The influences of weight, smoking, diabetes, CPB and combined surgery to hypoxemia after CABG need to be researched in the future.
