The gastrointestinal tract is a complex environment with a diverse microbial community composed of lactic acid bacteria, which is non-toxic, non-pathogenic and non-carcinogenic and has been recognized as the rate of the grade of "GRAS" food microorganism. A large number of experimental studies have shown that lactic acid bacteria have a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis, hypertension and colon cancer. The research and development of lactic acid bacteria with anti-cancer function has become a hot research and cutting-edge. In this topic, the BALB/c mice are given the same amount of different strains of lactic acid bacteria by intraperitoneal injection or oral gavage, and observed the effects of different strains of lactobacilli on macrophage phagocytosis and on colon cancer BALB/c mice with tumor immunity from immunization. From the different viewpoints, the different lactic acid bacteria have the effects on the BALB/ c mice macrophages, dendritic cells, CD4+T, CD8+T and cytokines TNF regulation of immune function.1 effect of phagocytosis in macrophages by lactic acid bacteriaThe four different lactic acid bacteria are injected into the abdominal cavity, a continuous injection of 2 weeks. CFDA-SE labeled chicken red blood cells are injected into each BALB/c mice after the interval; BALB/c mice are killed after the first injection of chicken red blood cells in the first 3d and 5d respectively by dislocation. Macrophages are collected from the abdominal cavity, Using flow cytometry to detect the function of peritoneal macrophages. The results showed that lactic acid bacteria strains can enhance phagocytic capacity of the macrophage, and the lactic acid bacteria strains ATCC4356, ATCC55730 peritoneal macrophages of chicken red blood cells also have the ability to time-dependent.2 Establishment of colon carcinoma metastases model in BALB/c miceThe four different lactic acid bacteria are fed to the BALB/c mice in a continuous 2 weeks, on the 15d, the right hind limb of BALB/c mice is inuncted with strong iodine disinfection, the HCT-116 tumor cells are inoculated subcutaneously in the right hind limb of mice with the quality of cell concentration of 2.0×107/ml. After the growing of the subcutaneous nodules.3 the research of anti-cancer by lactic acid bacteriaevery interval 2d, electronic balance and caliper measurement of periodic are used to observe the tumor weight and tumor volume of mice. BALB/C nude mice were sacrificed in the 7days, the tumor and weight inhibitory rate was calculated; detection of CD11+c dendritic cells, F4/80 macrophages, cytokines TNF, CD4+,CD8+T cell numbers are done by flow cytometry, and observe the BALB/c nude mice spleen and tumor tissue with H & E stained image. The results showed that lactic acid bacteria can promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients, enhanced the body weight., mean tumor volume and weight of experimental group and the average inhibition rate are significantly different. The results showed that lactic acid bacteria have the effect on human colon cancer BALB/c nude mice with the immune function, and improve the body's immune system, inhibit the growth of the tumor. The research and practice has proved that LAB play the function of colon cancer through enhancing the function of the macrophage phagocytosis and antigen presentation cells, increasing the secretion of cytokine, increasing the levels of body cells and humoral immunity. The biological agents of the development of lactic acid bacteria with the effect of anti-tumor are the foundation of enhancing the technologic progress of the biological anti-cancer.
