The Application Of Small Dose Of Ketamine And Acupoint Sticking In Painless Induced Abortion

ObjectiveTo study the effect of small dose of ketamine, propofol and tramadol combined with acupoint sticking in painless induced abortion.Methods600 cases of early pregnant women at ASAâ… -â…¡level, who were confirmed no addiction to analgesic or psychological problem, were randomly divided into 4 groups. Each individual was given intravenous injection of propofol 1.5 mg/kg for group A; Tramadol 1 mg/kg+ and propofol 1.5 mg/kg for group B; ketamine 0.15 mg/kg+, Tramadol 1 mg/kg+ and propofol 1 mg/kg for group C. Group D added acupoint sticking on the base of group C. When propofol was given to those with uterus expansion or showed buttocks twist during operation, the dosage adjusted based on clinical judgment. Vital signs, analgesic effect, dose of propofol, time with consciousness, time of discharge, the amounts of blood lost, nausea, vomiting and psychological condition were observed before and after anesthesia operation.ResultsGroup B, C and D showed significantly greater analgesic effect than group A (P<0.05). Group C and D showed significant difference compare to group B (P<0.05). Analgesic effect of group C and D was better than group B. Group D was better than C, but no statistically significance was found. Group B, C and D showed significantly less uterine contraction pain than group A (P<0.01). The uterine contraction pain of group C and D showed significant difference compare to group B (P<0.01). Group C and D was less than group B. Group D was less than group C, but no statistically significance was found. The amount of blood lost showed no significant difference among the three groups. Both group B and C showed high degree of satisfaction.ConclusionSmall dose ketamine combined with tramadol and propofol used in painless induced abortion have good analgesic effect, low dose of propofol, and can quickly regain consciousness, fully control uterine contraction pain after operation, and have high degree of satisfaction and no adverse effect. Acupoint sticking has some analgesic effects on painless induced abortion, but no significance was found.
