ObjectiveWith ultrasonic cardiogram technique, to investigate the cardiac function of the High Blood Press'(HBP')patients is the focal point of this article, the lay particular emphasis on the effect of left ventricle of heart and left atrium, through the quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI) and Tei index and so on to evaluate the effect of left ventricle of heart and left atrium in HBP'patients, with objectivise and normalization to evaluate the cardiac function.MethodsThis article adopts perspective study, According to the formulation of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria. From May 2010 to April 201.1, which belonged to traditional Chinese medical of Province hospital. The observation is divided into two groups [interventricular septum of heart thick group (IVST); interventricular septum of heart norml group(uIVST)] and normal control, measure the needed datas, such as staring the TDI in the apical four-chamber view, measure the mitral valve spectra; in the apical five-chamber view, measure the aortic valve spectra, above meansurments for the Tei index. In the long axis view of the left heart, the apical four-chamber view, the apical two-chamber view, start Tissue Doppler Inmaing, frame frequency>100 frame/s for reserved, for the future measuered. Open quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI) software, put the sampling point on the left ventricle of heart anterior septal and posterior paries in the long axis view of the left heart,on the latus paries and posterior septal in the apical four-chamber view,on the paries anterior and inferior paries in the apical two-chamber paries view'basements and middles, put the sampling point on the left atrium' basements in the apical four-chamber view, obtain the TDI velocity plot each, measure the Sa,Ea and Aa in the plot each,at last, measure the mean datas each. Use the SPSS13.0 statistical package analytic data.Result1.In the Tei index, IVST,uIVST and normal control decrease gradually(P<0.05);2. The average velocity of the Vs and Ve in the HBP'descent more conspicuously than the normal control, and the IVST is the lest;3.In the same groups, the basement'average velocity is higher than the middle'4. In the same groups, different ventricular walls cue:posterior paries> latus paries> anterior septal> posterior septal;5.The average velocity of the Vs and Ve in the HBP'LV basement descent more conspicuously than the normal control (P<0.05), and the IVST is the lest (P<0.05).Conclusion1.From the Tei index, the whole cardiac function of HBP is less than the normal control, and the IVST'more notable.2. The ventricular wall average velocity of the HBP descents conspicuously, especially the IVST.3. The Vs of free wall is larger than the IVST'in the same level. Constrast with the others, the posterior paries reacts the cardiac function more sensitive.4.Ve and Ve/Va both react the diastolic function of cardiac muscle, but Ve/Va is less valuble than Ve.5.HBP can effect the left atrium function before the IVS thicking.
