ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of justing-spleen-treating-heart on improving the clinical symptoms and left ventricular function in acute myocardial infarction patients of qi-deficiency plus phlegm and blood stasis, as in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction Integrative can better improve the clinical symptoms, improve cardiac function and Reduce or delay the ventricular remodeling more to provide the clinical basis.MethodsWill meet the inclusion criteria of the 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group(30cases). The control group conventional treatment by western medicine, such as bed rest, oxygen, anticoagulation, antiplatelet together, thrombolysis, or PCI or CABG, lipid, crown expansion, control heart rate, reversing myocardial remodeling, etc. The treatment group were adjusted based on justing-spleen-treating-heart. Points to Chinese symptoms, TCM efficacy evaluation for the total effect. LVEDVI,LVESVI,LVDD,LVDS,IVSD,LVPWD,LVEF,FS were Functional evaluation. Then compared between groups and before and after treatment.Results1. day after admission, the treatment group and control group, TCM clinical syndrome no significant difference between the two points (P>0.05).30 days after treatment,90 days after treatment, the treatment group scoring TCM clinical syndrome, compared with the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment,30 days after treatment on day 1 with the admission,90 days after treatment,30 days after treatment, compared with TCM clinical syndrome score were statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group 30 days after treatment, the first 90 days, the improvement of integrated TCM syndromes total effective rate were higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05).2. Admission day 1, treatment group and control group, LVEDVI, LVESVI, LVDD, LVDS, IVSD, LVPWD, LVEF, FS was no significant difference (P>0.05).30 days after treatment,90 days after treatment, the treatment group LVEDVI, LVESVI, LVDD, LVDS, IVSD, LVPWD, LVEF, FS, compared with the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment,30 days after treatment on day 1 with the admission,90 days after treatment,30 days after treatment, compared LVEDVI, LVESVI, LVDD, LVDS, IVSD, LVPWD, LVEF, FS were statistically Differences (P<0.05).Conclusion1. Justing-spleen-treating-heart can effectively improve the the clinical symptoms of acute myocardial infarction patients of qi-deficiency plus phlegm and blood stasis.2. Justing-spleen-treating-heart can be effective in reducing acute myocardial infarction LVEDVI, LVESVI, LVDD, LVDS, IVSD, LVPWD, increased LVEF, FS, said justing-spleen-treating-heart Reducing enlarged heart, reduced cardiac hypertrophy and improve cardiac function in the role, and with time more effective.3. Justing-spleen-treating-heart can improve the clinical symptoms and left ventricular function in acute myocardial infarction patients of qi-deficiency plus phlegm and blood stasis, and its mechanism may be related to increased myocardial contractility, increased cardiac output, inhibition of platelet aggregation, expansion of coronary artery, increasing coronary Flow and so on.
