Clinical Research Of Acetabular Stamped With Chinese Medicine On Treatment Of Developmental Dysplasia Of Hip

Objective:Through collecting Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (2001.1-2010.5) 10 years of acetabular stamped with TCM treatment of adult patients with acetabular dysplasia. Compare the data include preoperative and postoperative clinical symptoms, X-ray examination; followed up to prove acetabular stamped with TCM treatment of adult patients with acetabular dysplasia have well the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:Collect from 2001-1 to 2010-5, who was in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combine Hospital and was used acetabular stamped with TCM to treat the adult patients with acetabular dysplasia.After selection, exclusion, and taking eligible patients (25 patients) for data collection and research. Then compare the preoperative and postoperative functional evaluation hip record form, CE angle, acetabular head index (AHI).then use the SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistics, analysis to prove acetabular stamped with TCM have well the clinical therapeutic effect.Result:In the study, the patients were an average of 3.5 years (1-8) followed up. The efficacy at hip level and score is form 74.00±11.08 (preoperative) to 82.40±6.78 (postoperative). The test P<0.01, there is significant difference.2,Collect the data and divide into three groups, the first group is preoperative group, the second group is postoperative group, the third group is followed up group. In the preoperative group, the average of the CE angle is 11.08±6.375, the average of the AHI is 0.6570±0.0883; In the postoperative group, the average of the CE angle is 59.24±11.34, the average of the AHI isl.0797±0.1164; in the followed up group, the average of the CE angle is 53.24±10.88, the average of the AHI is 1.0238±0.0919. Between 1 group and 2 group or 1 group and 3 group, the test P<0.01, there is significant difference. Between 3 group and 2 group, the test P>0.05, there is not significant difference.Conclusion:In this study, we collect the adult acetabular dysplasia patients, who were Pain symptoms and use the acetabular stamped with TCM to treat, and find it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve patients acetabular coverage of femoral head, improve the hip function and their quality of life. The acetabular stamped is very simple method, have obvious effect and a wide range. And prove acetabular stamped with TCM to treat the adult patients with acetabular dysplasia have well the clinical therapeutic effect.
