In addition, most osteoporosis instrument set parameters in treatment when asked the doctor according to experience, and can not be automatically set manually set parameters, determine treatment treatments have also asked the doctor around, so, at present the functionalities of osteoporosis lack of intelligent, we hope that the instrument for osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus in anyone operating under, can correctly set treatment, gives patients the correct treatment, which from medical experts'experience, also can make osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus to miniaturization, household type development. The literature review, the evaluation that the curative effect of osteoporosis methods are not the evaluation index system, and also only limited to the bone mineral density and bone pain two indexes, and they do not reflect the treatment effect and safety, so, we need to look for a scientific system evaluation method, the effect of full system used to reflect the treatment efficacy and safety. This topic proposed osteoporosis treatment parameters of the apparatus automatic reasoning system and curative effect evaluation has certain practical value.This subject mainly use USB data acquisition card, LabVIEW, Access database technology and some related software and hardware knowledge, puts forward osteoporosis instrument, the hardware and software design scheme and the treatment of determining the research and curative effect evaluation method of research, the main work is as follows:1. According to user requirements and equipment performance requirements put forward based on the USB data collection card and virtual instrument technique osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus hardware and software design scheme of the system.2. Design the applications and user interface of the instrument on the platform of LabVIEW. The system can realize patients registered, system establishment, system control and system management, and other functions, the system is successful alignment and produced a instrument prototype.3. Induction, summarizes the osteoporosis, the effective treatment parameters rational selection for five, and puts forward the treatment parameters determined parameters of fuzzy reasoning system treatment, automatic selected treatment parameters. Using Mamdani type fuzzy controller, will patients with bone mineral density and pain assessment level determination value as systems two input variables and parameters of each treatment respectively as output, and carry on the parameter is determined.4. This paper has also established osteoporosis efficacy evaluation system by using two-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation method to evaluate the therapeutic effect of treatment plan. The method of the expert scoring is used in the determination of the two-level indicators.
