| In this paper the property changes of urine crystallites of calcium oxalate stone formers before and after taking medicine, the property changes of urine crystallites with various size in the urine of calcium oxalate stone formers and healthy subjects after filtrated by different pore size microporous membrane following the placement time and the composition of stones and urine crystallites of infection stone former were comparatively studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, Nanoparticle size analyzer, Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM).Before taking medicine the main components of urine crystallites were uric acid, calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) and biphosphate. The types and quantities of urine crystallites after taking medicine were less than that of before. After taking medicine the urinary pH increased, the average size of urine crystallite reduced, the Zeta potential also decreased. The decrease of zeta potential is beneficial for preventing urinary crystallites deposition. The edges and corners of urine crystallite were sharp with significant aggregation before taking medicine, while they became blunt and less aggregation after taking medicine.Following the placement time increase from 0 to 4 h, the average size ((?)) values of urine crystallites of calcium oxalate stone formers after filtrated by different pore size (0.22,0.45,1.2, 3.0,10.0μm) filter membrane increased rapidly. After placed for 4 h, the amplification of (?) (△(?)) was large. However, the△(?) of the controls was relatively small. The urinary crystallites of the patients have rapid and large agglomeration compared with the controls. Rapid agglomeration of urine crystallites may be one of the most important role in the formation of CaOxa stones. The autocorrelation curve showed that the urinary crystallites of patients were less stable than those of the controls. In the analysed stones of 60 calculus patients, infection calculus is about 10%. The composition of stones and urine crystallites were in general accord. The urinary pH of infection stone formers was generally very high. The analysis of the property changes of urine crystallites of calcium oxalate stone patients and infection stone formers using modern equipments has important clinical significance on the clinical prevention and treatment of urinary stones. |
