Expression of CD 147 and VEGF in papillary thyroid carcinoma and significance【Objective】This study was designed to observe the Expression of CD 147 and VEGF in papillary thyroid carcinoma and analyze the relation of index of pathology, investigate clinical significance.【Methods】Collected 65 cases thyroid resection of the tissue samples from The first affiliated hospital of KunMing Medical of college during March to December in 2010.Forty samples are papillary thyroid carcinoma, ten cases are adenoma, ten cases are tuberous strumous and five cases normal tissue. Using immunohistochemistry half quantitative method respectively to detect the expression of CD 147 and VEGF, statistical analysis of the expression of CD 147 and VEGF in each level difference,to identify the relationship between CD147 and VEGF and papillary thyroid carcinoma.【Result】Firstly, we found that the contents of CD147 and VEGF in thyroid cancer were hugher than that of thyroid benign tumors (P<0.05).Secondly, we detected that the contents of CD 147 and VEGF were related to tumor size, membrane integrality and lymphaticmetastasis (P<0.05),but unrelated to sex and age (P>0.05).Finally,we proved that the contents of the CD 147 and VEGF were related each other (P<0.05)【Conclusion】1.the contents of CD 147 and VEGF in thyroid cancer were hugher than that of thyroid benign tumors (P<0.05). but unrelated among adenoma,tuberous strumous and normal tissue.(P>0.05)2.The contents of CD147 and VEGF were related to tumor size, membrane integrality and lymphaticmetastasis (P<0.05),but unrelated to sex and age (P>0.05)3.The results of CD 147 and VEGF in PTC were unrelated to age and sex.4.CD147 is the specific target to diagnose PTC;VEGF is the sensitive target to diagnose PTC.Associte to detect CD147 and VEGF make for preoperative diagnosis of PTC.
