| Objective:For three different methods of surgical treatment of acute gallstone pancreatitis were compared.Including ERCP.open surgery and laparoscopic surgery.Method:Will be from August 31,2009 December 31 2010 the day to our hospital into the common bile duct stones as the main diagnosis of 800 cases in our department with acute gallstone pancreatitis in the case of filtering out attacks. Operation in different ways according to ERCP were divided into groups, open surgery group and the laparoscopic group, three groups. Three groups were compared, the application of statistical methods were among the three groups before and after operation of the aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TB), serum amylase (PAMY), urine amylase (UAMY). And the total length of hospital stay, total hospital costs and length of hospital stay after surgery were compared. To observe the differences between the three surgical.Result:1-2 days before surgery three sets of data AST, ALT, TB, PAMY, UAMY The analysis of the indicators showed no significant (p> 0.05). The treatment of three patients after treatment is about 1-3 days, the main indicators of liver function showed no significant (p> 0.05). But after 1-3 days of blood and urine amylase three significant meaning. Preoperative and postoperative analysis of test results:a variety of test values between preoperative and postoperative changes were not significant (p>0.05).Conclusion:1, three kinds of surgical cure of the disease the same conditions, were able to effect a cure.2, shown by comparison between the three types of surgery, ERCP for the treatment of ABP has a good effect, not only the same effects and open or laparoscopic, switch the pain, trauma and few side effects and rapid recovery advantages. Laparoscopic than open surgery but also trauma and rapid recovery features.3, but there are also disadvantages ERCP, for example:easy to induce iatrogenic pancreatitis after surgery, the cost of higher characteristics. This form of surgery than the other two a little less. In summary, patients should be based on different circumstances, select the appropriate surgical approach is most appropriate. |
