The X-ray Measurement Of Hip Joints Of The People In Northeast Of China And Clinical Significance

Objeetive:To measure the endosteal geometry of the hip jion of the normal adult hip X-ray in northeast of China and design and improve hip jiont prosthesis for Chinese people.Methods:100 normal adult hip X-ray in northeast of China were randomly selected,and measured the diameter of acetabular depth,The diameter of the femoral head, femoral head height, neck length, femoral offset, small rotor and the upper and lower surface at 2cm width of the medullary cavity, medullary cavity at the narrow width of flat, by male and female groups were statistically analyzed.Result:Application of statistical software packages for statistical analysis SPSS 13.0 results using mean±standard deviation (x±S), measurement data using t test and paired t-test for statistical data analysis and processing. Male diameter of acetabular depth 23.65±4.40mm, femoral head diameter 53.22±3.36mm, the femoral head height 48.48±5.06mm, femoral neck length 46.18±4.34mm, the width of a small canal on the rotor 2cm 47.89±5.99mm, a small rotor at the medullary cavity width of 29.00±3.99mm, the small rotor canal under 2cm width 21.62±3.00mm, eccentricity of 39.13±6.63mm. Female of depth to diameter of acetabulum 21.25±3.81mm, femoral head diameter 46.63±3.07mm, the femoral head height of 43.00±2.80mm, femoral neck length 42.26±4.30mm, the width of a small canal on the rotor 2cm 44.77±6.89mm, a small rotor at the medullary cavity width of 28.13±3.49mm, the small rotor canal under 2cm width 20.46±5.38mm, eccentricity of 35.29±5.54mm.Discussion:Male and female deep in the acetabular diameter, the diameter of the femoral head, femoral head height, neck length, femoral offset, the width of the small rotor 2cm canal, the small rotor width and a small rotor at the lower medullary cavity medullary cavity width of 2cm was no significant difference. In this study, X-ray films of the hip measurements of the indicators, found that gendernave no differences in hip.
