Objective:To discuss the accuracy of the anatomy parameter of measuring lumbosacral nerve by MRN Image Technology. To acquiring a set of anatomy parameter of lumbosacral nerve of people in our country and adjacent structure measured by MRN Image Technology. To assess the security of PLIF and TLIF and try to provide some improvement basis.Materials and Methods:12 cases (6 males and 6 females) who are normal and healthy volunteers with no lumbocrural pain, no obvious lumbar lateral curvature and no obvious degenerative scoliosis are chosen to offer them standard MRN Image Technology on 3T Siemens magnetic resonance machine. Through software Osirix, the three-dimensional image is calculated and corresponding anatomy parameter measured by it is achieved. Also, the average value and chart analysis of the anatomy parameter are completed. Results:For these 12 research subjects: There is a gradually increasing tendency from the first lumbar vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra according to the figures of the axial diameters and transverse of nerve root, the transverse and axial diameters of pedicle, the distance between near pedicles, medial border of bilateral superior articular process, the distance between medial border of superior articular process and the centerline of dural sac, the distance between the central superior facet and the centerline of dural sac, the traditional triangle area and intervertebral triangle area. There is a gradually decreasing tendency from the first lumbar vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra according to the figures of the distance between nerve root and superior pedicle and the angle between nerve root and sagittal section. There is no significant change from the first lumbar vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra according to the figures of the distance between nerve root and inferior pedicle and the distance between near superior and inferior pedicles.Statistical description:those means±standard deviations marked with R and L were all analyzed with Paired-T Tests. There is no significant variation and the areas are of the same size. That is to say, the null hypothesis that the areas of the left and the right are equal cannot be rejected. Conclusion:According to the above experimental anatomical data and anatomy parameter, the accuracy of the nerve image technology of spinal nerve is further proved. A small sample number of the anatomy parameter of partial lumbar anatomy parameter of normal people in our country is calculated by computer. Also, the lumber anatomy parameter scope of living normal body is achieved, contributing to the diagnoses of the anatomy structure abnormality of the lumber disease of people in our country and providing surgeons with clinical practical theory of the clinical operation instruction.
