OBJECTIVE:Researching Status of innovative drugs and problems in development of new drugs, analyzing the relevant policy reasons for the development of innovative drugs in China's registration system.METHODS:Applying pharmacy Administration, the Administration of Science, Economics and other related theories, to analyzes the root questions which affect development of innovative drugs in our country; using methods and so on case analysis, contrastive analysis, focusing on the inadequacies of China's drug registration system and the historical reasons; using methods of contrastive analysis comparing the differences of drug registration system to encourage drug innovation between China and the United States.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The development of innovative drugs in our country receive such as the basic research is weak, the development main body is confused, the achievement shifts to new management mechanisms impeded and so on various factor restriction, and drug registration system is also obvious generic regulatory thinking. For better encourages drug innovative, Should be developed such as market franchise, special approval system, simplifying approval procedures for new medicines and other incentives, continue to improve the relevant technical guidelines and improve the standard of drug evaluation.
