Objective:To study the CT and ultrasonic manifestations of ovarian neoplasm, to evaluate the values of Ultrasonography, CT imaging and US combined CT in diagnosis of ovarian malignant neoplasm. Methods:The findings of Ultrasonography,CT and Ultrasonography combined with CT of ovarian malignant neoplasm confirmed by surgery and pathology of 88 cases were analyzed and computed sensitivity, specialty and accuracy respectively. All of patients were examined by Ultrasound and CT. And make the ROC graph of both ultrasound and CT. Analyses the Kappa of Ultrasound and CT about metastasis of ovarian carcinoma. Results:In diagnostic characteristics of ovarian malignant the sensitivity and specialty of US/CT/US-CT were 76.14%/81.82%/92.05%,83.33%/89.58%/95.83.The accuracy of Ultrasound combined CT is better than Ultrasound or CT. And make the Kappa analysis Ultrasound and CT for the metastasis of ovarian cancer. Conclusion:US is preferred examine and useful for early diagnosis of ovarian malignant neoplasm. But because of interfering of gas of intestine, the use of US is restricted.CT imaging may show the size, rang and inner structure of the neoplasm, and show surrounding anatomic structure and forane metastasis. CT is superior to the ultrasound in staging of ovarian cancer. Ultrasonic diagnostic combined with CT diagnostic provide credible evidence for qualitative diagnosing of ovarian carcinoma neoplasm.
