Objective:To detect the sex hormone levels in menopausal women withhypertension in different syndromes differences, further study of menopause in the female sex hormone the pathogenesis of hypertension and hypertension in female climacteric syndrome type to provide objective basis. Methods:This study was collected from 2010 to 2011 Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, outpatient and ward treatment of hypertension in menopausal hypertensive patients 210 cases,30 cases of selected menopausal women with normal blood pressure as controls. On menopausal syndrome patients with essential hypertension were divided into Xin-Pi-Liang-XU group (40 cases), Gan-Yu-Tan-Zu group(36cases),Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao group (98 cases), Yin-Yang-Liang-Xu group(36 cases) four syndromes.The detection of different syndromes and control groups of serum sex hormone levels, do statistical analysis and comparison. Results:(1) menopausal hypertension TCM group the serum levels of estradiol (E2) was significantly lower than control group (P<0.01), Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao within the E2 group was significantly lower than the other three syndrome groups (P<0.01); the TCM group of progesterone (P) levels were higher (P<0.05), but the TCM group was no difference between the P values (P>0.05); the TCM type group of FSH (FSH) were higher than those in control group (P<0.05), the four TCM group differences between FSH and FSH deficiency was the increased value of Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao>Gan-Yu-Tan-Zu> Xin-Pi-Liang-XU> Yin-Yang-Liang-Xu group trends; serum T, LH, PRL levels have no significant difference between the TCM group and the control group (P>0.05). (2) subgroup analysis:E2,E2,E2/T levels in Hypertension grade 2 lower than grade 1 of hypertensive patients (P<0.05), FSH levels higher than the group with hypertension grade 1 (P<0.05), other hormone levels in hypertensive 1 disease-level group and disease-level 2 have no significant difference (P> 0.05); E2,E2/T in hypertension grade 1 and hypertension grade 2 has deficiency of Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao group were significantly lower than the other three syndromes group (P<0.01), grade 1 hypertension syndrome between the FSH level was within the Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao> Xin-Pi-Liang-XU>Yin-Yang-Liang-Xu deficiency group, Gan-Yu-Tan-Zu> Xin-Pi-Liang-XU> Yin-Yang-Liang-Xu group trends, have no significant difference between Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao and Gan-Yu-Tan-Zu (P> 0.05), grade 2 hypertension within Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao group deficiency FSH levels were significantly higher than the other three syndromes (P<0.05), The TCM group E2/P were lower than normal group (P all<0.01),within the dru group Yin E2/P is lower than both heart and spleen group (P<0.01),the rest of the syndrome were no differences (P>0.05); Yin dryness within the group E2/T was lower than the normal group and the other syndrome groups (P<0.01),P, T, LH, PRL levels in hypertension grade 1 and hypertension grade 2 different syndromes did not differ (P>0.05). Conclusion:(1) menopausal women with hypertension reduce the level of serum E2, E2/P P and FSH levels suggest the existence of sex hormone disorder of the body case; (2) E2,E2/T eiciency in menopausal women with hypertension in the Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao group has changes significantly, as menopausal women with hypertension deficiency syndrome in the objective of dryness index; (3) FSH values were higher in the Yin-Xu-Nei-Zao>Gan-Yu-Tan-Zu Xin-Pi-Liang-XU> Yin-Yang-Liang-Xu group trends; (4) serum E2,E2/P,E2/T levels Menopause classification of hypertension are increasing the level, FSH levels with elevated levels of classification of hypertension and increased, suggesting increased as the disease, increase the body's hormone disorder. |
