Objective:To research the features of ADC value change of brain glioma marginal zone by high b value diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI), and evaluate the application value of this method to different levels of brain glioma marginal zone. Materials and Methods:Collects 15 cases of brain glioma examined for over 6 months through clinical pathological diagnosis or follow-up, in which 11 cases of high-grade(WHO III-IV grade)glioma,5 cases of low-grade(WHO I-II grade). Both were carried conventional T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR plain scan sequence checking;then DWI checking;finally, injected with GD-DTPA for MR enhancement scanning. The DWI checking were taken twice, with gradient-sensitive factor b value at Os/mm2,1000s/mm2,3000s/mm2 respectively, to measure the ADC value of normal brain tissue surround tumor parenchyma or steroid area, and ADC value of side mirror normal brain tissue, for statistically analyzing between the two groups. Results:When b value is 1000s/mm2 and 3000s/mm, the ADC value of normal brain tissue surround high-grade and low-grade tumor parenchyma or steroid area is lower than side mirror normal brain tissue, with statistically significant difference(P<0. 05);while comparing the ADC value of normal brain tissue surround two different b-valued tumor parenchyma or steroid area, whether in high-grade glioma or low-grade, has no statistically significant. Conclusion:MR DWI can help us speculate the invasion scope of brain glioma tumor cells to develop the best finger protocol regimen.
