Objective:To explore the fluorescence in situ hybridization in Chinese population 3,7,17 and 9P16 locus on chromosome abnormalities and clinical stage urotheli-al tumors, the correlation between grading to do a study. Urothelial carcinoma of urinary exfoliated cells 3,7,9,17 number of chr-omosome aberration-positive rates were 50%, 57.1%,67.9%,50%, of which P16 l-ocus on chromosome 9 of the urinary tract the most sensitive skin cancer.2.The chromosomal aberrations and clinical stage showed no significant correlation.Conclusion:The urine exfoliated urothelial cells in cancer patients 3,7,17 and the 9p16 locus of chromosome types of aberrations were not shown the incidence of different clinical stages with no significant correlation.
