Objective:To study the manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of primary intracranial seminoma.Methods:We here report a case of primary intracranial seminoma case, further to review the other reported cases and relative literatures.Results:We describe a case of primary intracranial seminoma in a 15-year-old boy who presented with acratia and headache. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a heterogeneous mass from left temporal lobe. After surgical resection and without radiation therapy, he remains alive and recurrence-free for 10 months.Conclusion:This rare case showed us to consider primary intracranial seminoma in daily work.
