Objective: 1,Discuss the value of B-Ultrasound and CT used in diagnosing clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury; 2,Study the features of the clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury; 3,Discuss the advantage of uniting B- ultrasound and CT to diagnosis the clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury.Materials and Methods: According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to choose 157 patients who are suspected as the clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury, make B-ultrasound and CT examinations to the patients after in the hospital, and then collect clinical data of patients. 1,Make statistics of patients who are clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury on the degree of organ damage and the situation of treatment. 2,Make diagnostic tests on clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury, make statistically analyze of the relationship between results of B-ultrasound, CT, united diagnosis and the final diagnosis one by one. 3,Make consistency analysis between fluid volume discovered by B-ultrasound of cases who are clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury and the choice of treatment. 4,Compared the results between united diagnosis and B-ultrasound or CT diagnosis only of the clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury. Results: 1,The cases of cavity organ injury are majority in clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury, approximately 64.2%. 2,â‘ The values of the overall- B-ultrasound diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, Kappa are 79.1%, 90.0%, 85.4%, 0.698. Compare the value between parenchymal organs and hollow organs with Chi-square test, P<0.05,there are significant difference between them.â‘¡The values of the overall- CT diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, Kappa are 82.1%,91.1%, 87.2%, 0.738. Compare the value between parenchymal organs and hollow organs with Chi-square test, P<0.05,there are significant difference between them.â‘¢The values of the overall- united diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, Kappa are 94.0%,96.7%,95.5%,0.909. Compare the value between parenchymal organs and hollow organs with Chi-square test, P<0.05,there are significant difference between them. 3,â‘ Compare the value between united diagnosis and B-ultrasound diagnosis with Chi-square test, P<0.05,there are significant difference between them.â‘¡Compare the value between united diagnosis and CT diagnosis with Chi-square test, P<0.05,there are significant difference between them. 4,In the diagnosis of clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury with B-ultrasound. Make Kappa analysis between peritoneal fluid volume (1cm as the dividing point) and choice of treatment (surgery or conservative), Kappa value of 0.710, there are significant difference between them. Conclusion: 1,In the clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury, injury-rate of hollow organs is higher than other. 2,In the diagnosis of clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury with B-ultrasound or CT, parenchymal organs are better than hollow organs. 3,In the diagnosis of clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury, unit B-ultrasound and CT to make diagnosis is better than one of them, especially to improve the diagnosis of hollow organs. 4,In the diagnosis of clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury with B ultrasound, there are a high degree of consistency between peritoneal fluid volume (1cm as the dividing point) and choice of treatment (surgery or conservative). Peritoneal fluid volume can be used as a forecast of choice of operation for clinical symptoms atypical blunt abdominal injury patients.
