Objective:1. Campared the width of lip to lingua before and after the guided bone regeneration in the implantion of anterior teeth, thus to evaluate the value of guided bone regeneration(GBR) technique in the implantation.2. Observe the effect of the increase of anterior bone mass by the application of fibroblast growth factor combined with guided bone regeneration, evaluate if the effect is better than use guided bone regeneration alone. Methods:Collecte 24 regular patients between September 2008 to March 2010,which was missing teeth partial or single, used delayed implant technology, a total of 33 ITI implants have been implant.15 cases of them were taken with guided bone regeneration + dental implantation,a total of 20 implants were implanted,9 cases of them were taken with fibroblast growth factor combined with guided bone regeneration + dential implantation, a total of 13 implants were implant.1. Campare and analysis the change of the width of alveolar before and after six months of the operation,by the scan of CT+ three-dimensional reconstruction2. After the repair of the implant crowns,1 year after the implant loading, all patients were taken standard digital camera,to understand the vertical bone resorption of the implants. And by clinical examination, and thus evaluate if the osseointegration is success.Results:1 During the follow-up period after planting, all implants were stabled, no wound dehiscence, no implant exposure, X-ray showed no shadow around the implant, and the osseointegration is fine, the vertical bone resorption of the implants were little after 1 year's loading.2. Half a year after planting, the width of lip to lingua of the alveolar bone were widened than the preoperative, which were taken with guided bone regeneration.(P<0.05)3. Half a year after planting, the width of lip to lingua of the alveolar bone were widened than the preoperative, which were taken with fibroblast growth factor combined with guided bone regeneration.(P<0.05)4.The width of lip to lingua of the alveolar bone ,which is no significant difference between the patients who were taken with fibroblast growth factor combined with guided bone regeneration with who were taken with guided bone regeneration alone.Conclusion:1. There is a good effect on the patients who are lack of quantum of anterior alveolar bone were taken with GBR surgery, it is a good solution to increase the quantum of interior alveolar bone tissue, it may be appropriate to expand the indications for implant in the anterior region.2. There is a good effect to induce the formation of the repair of alveolar bone by exogenous fibroblast growth factor, but it must be further verified if it can increase the quantity of new bone formation.
