Clinical Research Of Different Syndrome Types Of The Butterfly Type Chloasma With Local Wai Thorn

Objective:According to clinical research of different syndrome types of the butterfly type chloasma with local wai thorn,I see my point on different clinical observation and safety of different syndrome types of the butterfly type chloasma with local wai thorn to determine the best indication on the therapy.Methods:This study were included in 32 cases of the butterfly type chloasma patients of Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,30 cases of the butterfly type chloasma patients of pixu moisture resistance syndrome,30 cases of the butterfly type chloasma patients of Kidney Yin deficiency type altogether 92 cases.Three groups were treated three treatment with local wai thorn.After the treatment,let us evaluate the clinical curative effect about the before and after the treatment of patients with lesions area and lesions color.Result:Three groups before treatment,comparing with after treatment, have a statistically significant difference about lesions area, color, and total score(p<0.05), three groups were all improved; Comparison between groups, Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome group and the other two groups was statistically significant difference (p<0.05), Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome have better curative effect than the other two groups.Conclusion:Local wai thorn is effective to different syndrome types of the butterfly type chloasma, the group of Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome is superior to pixu moisture resistance syndrome and Kidney Yin deficiency type. This provides a basis for clinical treatment.
