The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Right Heart Failure With Alprostadil

Objection:To investigate the effects of alprostadil on Right ventricle ejection fraction,B-type natriuretic peptide and Pulmonary artery systolic pressure in patients with chronic right heart failure.Method:Sixty in-hospital patients of chronic right heart failure (CRHF) were enrolled and divided into two groups: contrast group(n=30 case), only received routine therapy;Test group(n=30 case), received routine therapy plus alprostadil 20μg intravenous drip,once per day,for 14 days;Meanwhile thirty normal subjects were selected. The RVEF,BNP,PASP levels in serum were measured in each group.Record the data mentioned above and manages statistic analysis with SPSS 17.0. To P <0.05 as statistically significant difference.Result:1.The levels of RVEF,BNP,PASP in serum are obviously different between patients of chronic right heart failure and normal people(P<0.05).2.The levels of RVEF,BNP,PASP in patients of CRHF changed posttreatment(P<0.05),and the TG group has changed significantly from CG(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of RVEF chronic right heart failure are obviously lower than normal people,the levels of BNP,PASP are higher than normal people(P<0.05).The serum levels of RVEF,BNP,PASP changed in the two groups after posttreatment(P<0.05). But the TG has changed significantly from CG (P<0.05).
