This article mainly carries on the observation from the literature and the clinical researeh aspect for the clinic effect of Zhang's Fly-needle therapy to improve the postoperative inchoate Neural function of the Lumbar spinal stenosis disease, then evaluate and summarize objectively the clinic effect.Lumbar spinal stenosis disease belongs to the traditional Chinese medieal "Bi Syndrome" areas. The main causes of this disease are insufficiency of kidney qi, overworking, recurrent hurt, chronic fatigue and invasion of pathogenic wind, cold and dampness. The pathogenic mechanism often dues to difficincy of kidney qi, invasion of pathogenic wind, cold and dampness into the meridian, stagnation of qi and blood, retention of nutrion and defense qi. There are a lot of discussions and studies in domestic and foreign literature for Lumbar spinal stenosis disease by symptoms, etiology, Pathology, clinical diagnosis, treatments and so on. The clinical characteristics of Lumbar spinal stenosis disease mainly marked by stenosis of intradiscal cavity, never root canal and intervertebral foramen which caused by many pathogenic facts, then leads to recurrent backleg pain and Intermittent claudication and so on.This disease seriously impact the earning capacity and life qualities, increase the social burdens.Accupuncture treatment is widely used in clinical, and achieves a certain effect. Fly-neddle therapy is a particular treatment which is the summary of famouse expert Professer Zhangjiwei's years clinical experience. Meanwhile, for treating the spinal disease, Zhang's Fly-needle therapy is characterized by subsidiary acupoints according to DU meridian or contacting with DU meridian. This treatment could achieve a certain effect on improving the postoperative inchoate Neural function of the Lumbar spinal stenosis disease. This Subjeet of the comparative study of clinical observation on how Fly-needle therapy improve the postoperative inchoate Neural function of the Lumbar spinal stenosis disease, and then explore out the reasons of Zhang's Fly-needle therapy admitted certain effect.ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect with Zhang's Fly-needle therapy improve the postoperative inchoate Neural function of the Lumbar spinal stenosis disease, and then provide convenient and effective treatment on improve the postoperative inchoate Neural function. Methods:This study is based on the diagnostic standard of Morden spinal surgey for Lumbar spinal stenosis disease written by professer Jialianshun, we selected sutiable cases from the spinal orthopedics department of the First Affiliatted Hospital of Guangzhou Universty of TCM from April 2010 to March 2011. The trail was randomly divided into two groups whieh were a treat group(30 cases) and a control group(30 cases). Among them, the treat group is treated with Fly-needle therapy and common treatment, while the contral group is given common treatment, I/day, five times/week,1.5 months as a treatment period. After a course of one treatment period, we observe the cases under the JOA low back pain evaluation forms, Oswestry disability index and VAS pain evaluation form, then statistics for each group after the efficacy assessed. Evaluate the result through the statistics.Statistical analysisUsing the SPSS13.0 statistical analysis package. Comparison of the two groups using Ridit test and the average rate of improvement evaluated under the JOA low back Pain evaluation forms, the group carried out a comparative analysis of the group before and after treatment comparative analysis.ResultsAfter a period of treatment, there is significant different on effect between the two groups (P<0.05). The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously. The overall effects of the treatment group:healed in 13 cases,9 cases markedly effective,5 cases efficient,3 cases invalid and the total efficiency of 90 percent; control group cured 6 cases,9 cases Markedly effective,8 cases efficient,7 cases invalid, and the total efficiency of 76.67 percent. After the treatment, the treatment group average improvement rate is much better than the control group, the difference is remarkable The treatment group Patient cardinal symptoms and the symptom integral have the distinct improvement.ConclusionThis study show that Zhang's Fly-needle therapy has significant effect on improving the postoperative inchoate Neural function of the LSS, it is worth further study and wide clinical practice.
