The Studie Of Relation Between Comus And Maculopathy In High Myopia

Objectives1. To investigate the relation between comus and maculopathy in High myopia, the relation between comus and TCM syndrome type.2. To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine that promote the sclera remodeling method for rabbit experimental myopia after Posterior sclera reinforcement.Methods1. We randomly selected 30 patients (57 eyes) with High myopia, and observed The size of comus (draw area of comus by Image analysis system of IMAGE net2000 and record), maculopathy (According to ophthalmoscope, color, FFA and OCT, Macular were divided into fourpatterns, including capillary arch ring defect, Lacquer crack, neovascularization and hemorrhage, Fuchs spot and atrophical maculae), age, eye axis, diopter and TCM syndrome types which were divided into two patterns, (including Patterns of Deficient Spleen Qi,and Patterns of Deficient Spleen and Kidney), AT last we analyzed the data by using SAS statistical software.2.12 white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, including Surgery alone group, Surgery combined with Chinese medicine 1 group and Surgery combined with Chinese medicine 2 group, For each group, each eye accept posterior scleral reinforcement. Surgery combined Chinese medicine 1 group and Surgery combined Chinese medicine 2 group are given JinshiⅠpill and JinshiⅡpill respectively. These animals were killed at 1 and 3 months, Excises the eyeball, To dynamic observe specimens by light microscopy.Results1.The clinical research:In 57 eyes, there are 22 eyes in no significant change or capillary arch ring defect with maculopathy,20 eyes in Lacquer (?)rack,8 eyes in neovascularization and hemorrhage,7 eyes in Fuchs spot and (?)phical maculae. while the area of comus was less than 2 mm2, There are 16 eyes whose macula have no sifnificant changes was 87.5%, and the area of comus between 2 mm2 and 4 mm2, there were 15 eyes which have different degrees of damage is 71.4%, while the area of comus was more than 4 mm2, there were 18 eyes which have different degrees of damage was 90%. In all Patients,37 eyes belonged to (?)tterns of Deficient Spleen Qi, and 20 eyes belonged to Patterns of Deficient Spleen and Kidney. while the area of comus less than 3 mm2,93.5% showed Patterns of Deficient Spleen Qi,only 6.5% showed Patterns of Deficient Spleen and Kidney. while the area of comus more than 4 mm2,20% showed Patterns of Deficient Spleen Qi,80% showed Patterns of Deficient Spleen and Kidney. There was positive correlation between comus and maculopathy, There was also p(?)ive correlation between comus and TCM syndrome types.2. Experimental study:3 groups showed that the " new sclera " was (?)rmed, but in Surgery combined Chinese medicine group process which the graft was adhered with host sclera was faster, and new vascular was richer. Conclusion1. Comus of High myopia was a indicator that can tell when we should take action to prevent maculopathy。2. Comus of High myopia was a important sign in the dialectical type of high myopia.Chinese medicion can promote that the graft was adhered with host sclera.
