This artical studied on the scavenging free radical capacity, the protection capacity with the tissue damage,and the antioxidant capacity in vitro, besides appreciate the safety of rat at effective dose for antioxidant of SDG.1. Study on the scavenging free radical capacity of SDG on radical from four systems.The results shows: SDG has stronger reduction capacity, besides reduction capacity better with the augment of concentration,and have a good liner relationgship with concentration;SDG has a good capacity of DPPH·,When the concentration reached 0.4323μmol/mL, the clearance rate of the DPPH more than half (50.11%); SDG showed stronger ability to scavenging O2-,at 0.8646 nmol/mL,the clearance greater than half,and has a good quantity and effectiveness; the scavenging of hydrogen peroxide is more heighten with the augment of concentration,at 0.4323μmol/mL, to achieve the best whereafter occurrence descent.2. Experiment in vitro showed SDG has a protection capacity with the tissue damage:it has a good inhibition of oxidation of mixed blood,and has a good correlations with strength, EC50 is 5.145μg/mL; SDG has a obviously inhibition on liver well inflate, EC50 is 0.4603μmol/mL, and showed ascensus with the augment of concentration; SDG showed good inhibition of mitochondria turgescence, and have a good correlations with strength; for DNA damage with free radical,SDG has a good restoration capacity,the restoration capacity has a good correlations with strength.3. Animal experiment in vitro showed,SDG has a obviously raise on the activity of SOD,the middle dosage could improve the activity of SOD in organ better than others dosage,but the effect is different for the action of three dosage; SDG could obviously raise the activity of GSH-Px, in spleen the middle dosage could improve the activity of GSH-Px in organ better than others dosage, the activity of GSH-Px in other organs has a good correlations with dose,but the effect is different;it has a obviously effect on MDA, besides effects to have correlations dose;other,SDG could raise activity of CAT in liver and kidney, the middle dosage has the best effects.Showed that SDG could raise the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in organs, obviously raise activity of CAT in liver and kidney,and to up the content of MDA.The result is that SDG has a good antioxidant capacity in vitro.4. At effective dose for antioxidant of SDG, appreciate the safety of rat. The results shows: SDG has not adverse effect at effective dose for antioxidant,as pathopoiesis and mutilation.So, SDG has a good antioxidant capacity in vitro, besides with no adverse effect.
