Biliarypancreatic Warren Jejunal Loop Anastomosis And Roux-en-Y Jejunal Loop Anastomosis Use In Clinical Hepatopancreatobiliary Disease

objective to investigate and evaluated short-term and long-term therapeutic effectiveness and value of the uncut jejunum and the same time ligating the input jejunal loop anastomsis, Warren jejunal loop anastomosis with Roux-en-Y jejunal loop anastomosis.Methods from January 2003 to January 2011,in the First affiliated hospital kun ming medical college,The clilical data of underwent improved jejunal loop Warren anastomosis and Roux-en-Y jejunum anastomosis, were respectively analyzed and summarized their clinical data following up using phone and letter,(l,whether or not bellyache,fever,jaundice;2,gain weight or lose weight;3, whether diarrhea or not astriction; 4,whether or not bellyache have inhospital;5,again operation or death as operation.)classifications of results of following up according as Terblanche clinical classification for assessment of long-term results of surgical bile duct repair, results of follow-up survey divided into 4 type[1],â… Excellent,No biliary symptoms with normal liver function, no jaundice.â…¡Good, Transitory symptoms, currently no symptoms and normal liver function, no jaundice.â…¢Fair, Clearly related symptoms requiring medical therapy and/or deteriorating liver function not normal with jaundice.â…£Poor, Recurrent stricture requiring correction, or related death.results of following up divided into 4 type according as Terblanche clinical classification.finally,we use statistics to contrast and analyze the data for Warren jejunal loop anastomosis and Roux-en-Y jejunal loop anastomosis. Results according to clinical data and statistics analysis,we find out total 25 cases had received Warren jejunal loop anastomosis, from January 2003 to January 2011.The biggest age patient is a 81-year old man,the smallest is 6-year old little boy;21 cases are cure, curative ratio is 84%,no death case,23 cases are follow-up survey, follow-up survey ratio is 92%, Excellent I is 16 cases; Excellent I ration is 70%; total 47 cases had received Roux-en-Y jejunal loop anastomosis, from January 2003 to January 2011, The biggest age patient is a 76-year old man,the smallest is 2-year little girl;35 cases are cure, curative ratio is 74%,no death case,44 cases are follow-up survey, follow-up survey ratio is 93.6%, Excellent I is 26 cases; Excellent I ration is 60%,two groups clinical data were carried through Statistical Analysis, No signifficent differences in gender, age,diagnose,clinical treatment result, Statistics Analysis result P>0.05, difference lack statistical significance. Improved Warren jejunal loop anastomosis average everyone is 25 days in hospital, Roux-en-Y jejunal loop anastomosis. average everyone 28 days, jejunal loop Warren anastomosis average everyone is less 3 days contrast Roux-en-Y jejunal loop anastomosis, Statistics Analysis result P<0.05 difference have statistical significance. demographic Data are shown in Table 1.Conclusion The Warren jejunal loop anastomosis is simpler and easier contrast the Roux-en-Y jejununal loop anastomosis. The Warren jejunal loop anastomosis is also safe and dependable operation procedures for reestablish jejunal channel in drainage operation means.
