【Objective】To detect the miR-21,miR-31 and miR-145 expression in the colorectal carcinoma and tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissue, and analyze the differences of miR-21,miR-31 and miR-145 expression Between the colorectal carcinoma and tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissue, the stages and the degree of differentiation.【Method】Collect 20 specimens of the colorectal carcinoma after operation,and detect the expression of miR-21,miR-31 and miR-145 in the carcinoma and the tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissue by real-time florescence quantitative PCR. To U6snRNA as internal reference, Data analysis was performed by relatively quantitative method, combined with clinical and pathologic feathers, observed the differential expression of microRNA21, microRNA31 and microRNA145 in the different characteristics colorectal carcinoma.The relationship of the expression with clinicopathological characteristics was statistically analyzed.【Results】The expression of miR-21 and miR-31 in CRC was up-regulated compared to tumor-adjacent normal mucosa, while miR-145 was down-regulated in comparison with tumor-adjacent normal mucosa. Furthermore more, the expression of miR-21 and miR-31 was closely correlated with the colorectal carcinoma of lymph node metastasis, hepatic metastasis(P<0.05).while no significant relationship was found between the expression of miR-145 and clinicopathological features and there was no relation to the expression of miR-21,miR-31 and miR-145 in sex, age, tumor position(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The expression of miR-21 and miR-31 was obviously higher in the carcinoma group than the adjacent normal mucosa group. Furthermore more, the expression of miR-21 and miR-31 have relationship with the degree of differentiation, lymphatic node metastasis and hepatic metastatic cancer. Therefore, the miR-21 and miR-31 may play an important role in the development and progression of CRC, while miR-145 may be the potential tumor-suppressor factor.
