Both groups were transurethral bipolar transurethral resection of the plasma, after all with the same broad-spectrum antibiotics conventional 3 days. Treatment group:postoperative oral thistle Yinzi Decoction,2 times a day, each time 150ml, for 7 days; control group: conventional surgery to stop bleeding sensitive to 4g, antifibrinolytic aromatic acid in 10% glucose,0.4 g intravenous infusion of 500 ml,1 day, 3 days. Two groups of patients were recorded after 3 days,1 week,2 weeks, 4 weeks of bladder irrigation fluid or bleeding in the urine, TCM syndrome score, quality of life scale score, etc., will the results were statistically analysis to compare the clinical efficacy of two methods. Results:Patient before and after surgery were the first 3 days,1 week,2 weeks, 4 weeks treatment records as follows.①preoperative, general information of two groups:age, prostate size, symptoms and signs points (IPSS), quality of life score (QOL), residual urine volume (PVR), operative time, blood loss, such as data comparison, the statistics school test, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable;②groups after bleeding, symptoms and signs of integration, compare the quality of life: the first 3 days the amount of bleeding, IPSS points, QOL points compared by statistical school test, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); 1 week bleeding, IPSS points, QOL points compared by statistical tests, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the first 2 weeks the amount of bleeding, IPSS points, QOL points compared by statistical tests, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01); the first 4 weeks of bleeding, IPSS integrals without statistical significance, while the QOL points between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).③comparative efficacy of postoperative IPSS score index:1 week after surgery, the first 4 weeks there was no statistically significant efficiency (P>0.05); 2 weeks after surgery the total effective rate were significant differences statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparative efficacy of TCM symptoms after④:After 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks were statistically significant cure rate between (P<0.05).Conclusion:TUBVP Combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of BPH thistle Yinzi Decoction with:①treatment can be more significantly improved short-term symptoms of postoperative hematuria;②group to improve urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria, hesitancy, urine not the flu, urinary strenuous and other symptoms and signs, the higher than the control group;③treatment group were superior to the traditional Chinese and Western hemostatic efficacy of the control group the efficacy of drugs;④group of patients can improve the quality of life more;⑤The method is no medication in the observation process adverse reactions, safe and effective.
