Objective:Observed type of mild moxibustion treatment of infantile diarrhea in the clinical efficacy of PI-XU.Method:60 cases of dialectic as the PI-XU type of pediatric diarrhea patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,n =30. Treatment group were mild moxibustion plus point SHENLINGBAISHU San decoction oral treatment, control group children Dinggui umbilical sticking stickers plus bulk decoction SHENLINGBAISHU oral treatment, both once a day, continuous treatment for 10 days. Deficiency in children with diarrhea in both groups of major and minor criteria of disease severity were graded before and after treatment for primary disease, secondary symptoms were scored to analyze the points of change to improve the situation, and comprehensive therapeutic evaluation.1.After treatment, the number of diarrhea, stool decreased than the previous points (P<0.05), the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P<0.05).2. After treatment, the loss of appetite, body tired, abdominal distention after eating points higher than the previous decreased (P<0.05), the treatment group than in the control group, loss of appetite, abdominal distention after eating more obvious points decreased (P<0.05).3.Mild moxibustion, Seoul umbilical Dinggui treatment of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea posted are valid, and mild moxibustion can improve the cure was effective (P<0.05).4.Two groups of patients had no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Type of mild moxibustion treatment of children with diarrhea spleen have a good effect. It can significantly reduce the level of patients, abdominal distention after eating, improve appetite, reduce the frequency of diarrhea, no side effects, worthy of clinical use.
