Mahuangjiashutang To Big Rats Rheumatoid Arthritis Mechanism Of Action Research. Model

Objective:to observe the influence of intraoperative soup with ephedra to collagen sex arthritis (CIA) model of rats immuno-logy and hishopathologically, to discuss the mechanism of add art decoction ephedra rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods:50 Wistar rats (male and female) weighing, after numbering,10 rats are randomly taken to selected group (group A, male and female) and the remaining rats were carried out with typeⅡcollagen modeling.5 weeks after modeling, the rats of successful model(the rate of successful model this experiment was 75%, a total of 30 rats model successfully) randomly divided into 3 groups:model group (group B), methotrexate control group (group C), ephedrine plus bighead atractylodes rhizome treatment group (group D), n=10 (male and female). Condition of rats, body weight, knee shape, toe and knee swelling changes in synovial tissue, and serum inflammatory cytokines related to interleukin-1β1(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-a (TNP-α) concentrations were measured. Results:(1)Compared with B group, started from the 35d, C group and D group were significantly higher than the weight of group B (P<0.01), The 50d, D group were higher than the weight of C group rats (P<0.05). (2) Compared with B group, started from the 35d, C group and D group was significantly inhibited rat toe swelling (P<0.01), since the 50d, inhibition of D group are better than C group (P<0.05).(3)Compared with the B group, C group and D group could reduce serum IL-1βand TNF-αlevels, the difference was statistical-ly significant (P<0.05, P<0.01), D group on the improvement of serum TNF-αBetter than the C group (P<0.05).(4)Compared with the B group, C group and D group could improve the integration of inflammatory cell infiltration, macrophage A type of cell proliferation points, synovial hyperplasia points, fibrosis score and total score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01), D group are better than C group (P<0.05).(5) microscopic observations showed that compared with the B group, C group and D group of pathological changes in synovial inflammatory role has significantly improved, D group improved more significantly than the C group.Conclusion: based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, ephedra add art soup has a prominent effectiveness of promoting coldness&moisture. The clinical verify that the curative effect of ephedra add art soup is quite definite for RA. This topic experiment proof that, ephedra add art decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis's mechanism may relate to reducing the level of inflammatory factor IL-1 beta, TNF alpah, restrain infiltration of inflammatory cells,hyperplasia of fibre and mesangial samples type A cell.
