Objective:According to the TTM based diet and exercise interventions, pregnancy weight gain is controled in ideal range, pregnancy weight excessive increase is prevented; Controling pregnancy in evaluation of pregnancy weight gain and effection; Controling weight, decrease the rate of fetal macrosomia, PIH, etc; Providing formulate policy for the medical departments.Method:Maternity Hospital maternity clinic selection during May to July in Changchun, with B ultrasonic diagnosis, gestational age of pregnancy is 8~10 weeks, no high-risk pregnancy factors and pregnant BMI is 18.5~23.5. according to medical numbers, pregnancies are divided into intervention and control group randomly. The intervention group take the dietary and exercise guides. Evaluation index using General Self-efficacy Scale. Social Support Scale, BMI.3d color dopplar ultrasound, pregnancy dilivery method and the rate of fetal macrosomia,PIH.Result:1. Through baseline survey regular exercise and reading is in low proportionThis study pregnany regular exercise group only 6% to 8%; intervention group reading rate is 20%, controls 26%, two groups of regular exercise and reading are low level.2. TTM intervention improve self-efficacy and adjusting decisional balanceWhen the test finish, there are 45 pregnancy in intervention group, as 37 in control group.Significantly higher than control group (P<0.05); There were no statistically significant differences compared (P>0.05) in Self-efficacy level at 28th week, and at 37 weeks; at 37th week, intervention group get much higher score than control group (r=1.7.12, P<0,01); This test, decision-making balance intervention involves pressure and support, at 28th week of pressure rating significant difference (t =7.68, P< 0.01), at 37 weeks pressure rating significant difference (t=8.58.P< 0.01); Group at 28th week of differences with the control group support rating (t= 17.54, P<0.01). at 37 weeks with the control group support rating group there was significant difference (t=12.07. P<0.01).3. After TTM intervention group weight control ideal rate is higher than the control groupIdeal pregnancy weight gain (GWG 11.5~16.4 kg) total of 43 patients in the control group, as 29 cases. excessive weight during pregnancy increases the experimental group (GWG> 16.4 kg) total 2 cases,8 cases of control group, The ideal rate of pregnancy weight of intervention group is better than the control group (P<0.05). TTM interventions for employ pregnancy, pregnantd and high school first pregnancy effects of pregnant women were significantly less educated.4. TTM intervention group and control group ending after childbirth without differenceIntervention group of 29 cases of cesarean section (57.8%). control group 23 cases of cesarean section (62.2%), there are no significant differences in cesarean section rate (P>0.05); test group of fetal macrosomia 3 cases (6.7%) and control group in 5 cases (13.5%), test group and control group incidence of macrosomia (P>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant; the control group had one case of PIH test group did not occur PIH.Conclusions:Pregnant women regular exercise and reading ratio is too low, pregnancy health behavior intervention; more thorough TTM intervention can improve compliance, research object TTM improve research object self-efficacy, effectively regulate the pregnant women decision balance; TTM intervention effectively enhance the pregnant woman weight control ideal rate, but for cesarean section rate TTM intervention and the huge little effects on fetal incidence.
