Effects Of Zhike Granules On The Experiment Of AECOPD Rats And Observe The Effcet Of Clinical Curative And Safety In The Mankind

Objectives:To study the effect of Chinese traditional medicine zhike granules on the AECOPD model in rats and observe the effect of the clinical curative and safety in the mankind, We discuss the possible mechanism of zhike granules on the AECOPD model in rats and observe the effect of the clinical curative and safety.to do this,we find out the provement of clincal and experiment in the Clinical application and exploit.Animal experiment methods one:sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups (n=10 in each group), they were named Normal control group (N group), AECOPD model group (M group) and ZHIKE granules three sorts of group (K1 K2 K3group).and active control group (A group) and Normal control group(N).The rats of K group were treated with ZHIKE granules 17.5g,8.75,4.375g/1000g via a gastric tube daily lasted fifteen days after the model had been built. (4) active control group were treated with ji zhi tang jiang 20ml/kg via a gastric tube daily lasted fifteen days after the model had been built。Ten rats in each group were sacrificed at the last medica cure.the IL-8,TNF-αof the blood are detected with ELISA method.Histological changes of the lungs were evaluated by HE; Results: (1) In the M group model, the IL-8 and TNF-a are higher compered with N model.there was significant difference compared with that of the N group(P<0.01); (2) ZHIKE granules three sorts of group (K1,K2,K3group) compered with active control group (A group) are deuce the IL-8 and TNF-a, there were significant difference compared with that of the A group(P<0.05), especially high dose(P<0.01). (2) observed conclusion by HE (see the chart).All this prove to the animal model had been build.Three sorts of the Zhike granules had deduce inflammation reaction cell soakeage and mucous leakage.Particularly high dose and mean dose effect are better. Conclusion (1)three sorts of zhikegranules were significantly lower the IL-8 compared with that in the M group (2) three sorts of zhikegranules were significantly lower the TNF-a compared with that in the M group. (3) histopathological observation had found that three sorts of zhike granules were significantly lower the AECOPD rats brochioli mucous membrane and submucous inflammation reaction cell soakeage and mucous leakage and lower edepithelium fall off and necrosis and deduced brochure secretion. (4) zhikegranules could cured AECOPD rats.its mechanism could deduce the IL-8, TNF-a to come into being and secretion.CLINICAL EFFCET AND SAFTY methods 1) medical case sixty AECOPD patient which followed 2008 GOLD gide were randomly divided into A (control team)and B (study team) (2) cure methods (see the experiment methods) A:anti-infection, relieving asthma, relieving cough and reduce sputum, anti-inflammatory, take oxygen or noninvasive ventilator system or other smpotomatic treatment.B:followed A and add oral zhike granules 10g/per three times a day(obtianed by our department of pharmceutics).(3) collecting exiperiment data.Both A and B are detected routine blood test,liver founction,renal founction at before cure and after cure at limosis state by taken venous blood, and lung fouction(FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC) are detected at before cure and after cure. (4) Clinical observe (see Clinical observe) Results:Study team compared with control team in the Clinical sypotom and sign experiment data and routine blood test at before cure and after cure., there were significant difference(P<0.05).Study team compared with control team in the liver founction and renal founction at before cure and after cure, there were no significant difference(P>0.05) Study team compared with control team in the lung founction at before cure and after cure, there were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhike granules has a higher clinical effect than control team.Zhike granules has a safty effect as much as control team.
