Risk factors for cerebral microbleeds and the relationship between cerebral microbleeds and cognition disorders in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseaseObjective:Cerebral vessel disease is the leading cause of death in China during ten years. People focus on it more and more. With the development of medical technology, the mortality declines gradually, the cerebral vascular diease become the choronic disease. The patients gradually not only want to survive , but also have a good life. More and more people pay attention to the dementia caused by cerebaral vascualr disease. Previously, the research focused on the relationship between the cerebral small vascular disease (lacunar infarction, leukoaraiosis) and the congnition. but the cerebral microbleeds are Gradually taken seriously by people now with the development of the imaging technology from the 90's. In order to explore the effect of cerebral microbleeds impact on the cognition in Cerebrovascular disorders patients and the risk factors of cerebral microbleeds, we design the subiect.Methods:160 ischemic cerebrovascular patients were recruited from the department of Neurology of Beijing Military General Hospital from 2010.1 to 2010.10. The data of age, gender, culture degree, economic status , custom, history disease, family disease, social physicology, psychotropic substances taken and anti-platelet drug were collected. The blood biochemistry were tested in the next day after admission. All took brain magnetic resonance GRE examination ; They were divided to different groups according to whether the existence of cerebral microbleeds or not. Group A was'yes', group B was'no'. Record the number of lacunarin farction, leukoaraiosis situation. Record two groups of patients with blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, past history of stroke. Record the score of MoCA version evaluation. All data were analyzed using SPSSl6.0. The X2 test and T-test were used in counted data and measurement data . The significant level is a=0.05.Results:①18.8%patients were existed with CMB.②There was a correlation between theCMBsand the number of lacunar infarcts(or=10.160,P=0.001) , Verity degree of white matter changes(or= 11.735,P=0.001) and high blood lipids(or= 3.880, P=0.049).③the Montreal cognitive assessment score in patients with CMBs was 28, 23.75~29, the score in patienrs without CMBs was 29, 25~30 .There was some tendency that the MoCA value were lower in patients with CMB than those without, but there was no the significant differences between them (P=0.061). The score of executive fuction in patients with CMBs was 0, 0~1, the score was 1, 0~1 in patients without CMBs, the differences were significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:①CMBs closely associated with lacunar infarction and leukoaraiosis.②CMBs significantly associated with cognitive declining.③Cerebral microbleeds is conducive to tell whether patients with small-vessel lesions and pathological changes, preventing the development of vascular dementia and improving prognosis.
