Objective:To explore risk factor of slow-flow and no-reflow phenomenon in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention (PCI),so to supply the evidence for prevention/treatment slow-flow and no-reflow phenomenon.Methods:seventy-six CHD patients after PCI were selected. Comparison of categorical and continuous variables between the two groups was performed using SPSS 16.0.Result:Univatiate analysis indicates that:TG,Cys-c,PT,INR were significantly related to the development of the " slow-flow and no-reflow phenomenon "(p<0.05).Results of logistic regressive analysis demonstrate that TG and Cys-c were the risk strongly related to the phenomenon, the OR were4.504,8.795 respectively. Conclusion:The patient of dealing with PCI operation there is a significant correlation between happen slow-flow-no-reflow phenomenon and trigtycerides(TG)and Cystatin(Cys)etc factors. This study also found the level of PT INR significantly lower than reflow by.remind before operation organism in low coagulation state is more beneficial to reduce the slow flow's happen.
