Objective To investigate effect of glycoproteinⅡb/Ⅲa receptor blockade tirofiban on coronary flow and cardiac function in patients with acute coronary syndrome treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The 84 cases of acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, these cases were definite september 2009 to september 2010. (1)treatmemt group with tirofiban(2) control group in first subordinate hospital of Shanxi Medical University. Intravenous drip infusion of the treatment with tirofiban was to keep on 36-48h with 0.15μg/(kg-min) between per cutem aeteria coronaria interventional therapy((PCI). There were no intravenous drip infusion with control group. All patients hospitalized for observation and follow-up for 30 days. All the case were evaluated by TIMI blood,no reflow or slow blood between PCI,TIMI count, left ventricular ejection fraction after PCI and bleed. oncurrent disease of duration of hospital stay, include death., Reappearance myocardial infarction, Revascularization and so on.Results There was no significant difference in the basic clinical ornormal circumstances before PCI(p>0.05),or in the percentage of TIMI 3 grade after PCI(90.48% vs 90.24%,p>0.05). Fewer TIMI frames(22.55±2.46 frames vs 29.88±2.64 frames, p<0.05) were achieved in tirofiban group. There was significant difference in TIMI blood improve and LVEF, the treatment group was higher in control group(56.57±5.60% vs 52.61±6.12%,<0.05), while There was no significant difference in bleed.oncurrent disease of duration of hospital stay. Conclusion Tirofiban can improve coronary blood flow, heart muscle perfusion and left ventricle ejection fraction after PCI, while tirofiban cannot improve the devel, and don't improve patients hospitalized major complications...
