Objective: This study aimed to investigate the expression level of CD19~+ cell, concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C ) in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease expression, and to explore the role of CD19~+ cell in inflammation, lipidperoxidation, and the risk stratification of coronary heart disease .Methods: 120 patients were diagnosed as coronary heart disease (CHD ) acocording to the results of coronary angiography. The patients were divided into two groups: stable angina (SAP) group (n =40),acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group (n =80). Another 40 patients with normal coronary angiography served as control group. Patient's history including Gender, age and the blood pressure was recorded. Venous blood was collected in the next morning. CRP, TC, TG, and LDL-C were measure immediately. Expression level of CD19~+ cell was detected by means of flow cytometry. Then correlation analysis was performed among the expressing level of CD19~+ cell, CRP and LDL-C.Results: Expression level of CD19~+ cell in peripheral blood was significantly higher in ACS group than in Control group(10. 91±3. 88 % vs 4. 53±0. 86 % , p < 0. 01), and higher than in SAP group(10.91±3.88 % vs 5.39±1.35% , p < 0. 01), but no significant change was seen between the SAP group and the Control group(5. 39±1.35 % vs 4. 53±0. 86%, p > 0.05). The level of CRP in peripheral blood was significantly higher in ACS group compared to control group(16. 80±6. 90 mg / L vs 4. 44±0. 85 mg / L p < 0. 01), and also higher than SAP group(16. 80±6 . 90 mg / L vs 5. 40±1. 33 mg / L , p < 0. 01), but no significant change was seen between the SAP group and the Control group(5. 40±1. 33 mg / L vs 4. 44±0. 85 mg / L, p > 0. 05). The concentration of LDL-C in peripheral blood was significantly higher in ACS group than in Control group(3. 38±0. 42 m mol /L vs 2. 32±0. 61 m mol /L , p < 0. 01), and also significantly higher in SAP group than in Control group(3. 37±0. 59 m mol /L vs 2. 32±0. 61 m mol /L , p < 0. 01), but no significant change was seen between in the ACS group and in SAP group(3. 38±0. 4 2 m mol /L vs 3. 37±0. 59 m mol /L , p > 0.05). The expression level of CD19~+ cell in patients with CHD was positively correlated with CRP ( r =0. 686,P < 0. 01) and LDL-C(r = 0.424,P < 0.01).Conclusion: The expression level of CD19~+ cell is significantly increased in patients with ACS and positively correlated with serum CRP and LDL-C in study. It may reflect the risk stratification of coronary heart disease.
