Objective:Summarizing placental polyp's diagnosis, treatment, then raising the awareness of it and Improving the patient's Physical and mental health by means of retrospecting a case of placental polyp.Methods:Introducing the course of a case of placental polyp, And analyzing the cause and prevalence, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and influence to the patient's physical and mental health outcome of placental polyp.Results:The patient had pregnancied for four months and undergone clamp curettage in the other hospital, as the operation was difficultied, she came to our hospital and underwent hysteroscopy surgery, but the surgery was suspended because of the intrauterine tissues and the uterine muscle wall adhesive closely, the tissues scraped off hardly, cleared a lot of blood clots. At the same time, vaginal bleeding increased while operating, just like jet-pouring. At last, the pathology was placental polyp. The patient had been treated by Triptorelin (达菲林) for six months, and then reviewed the Ultrasound, finding the uterus and uterine adnexa recoveried normal size. And then, her menstruation restored after withdrew the drug for one month.Conclusion:The possibility of placental polyps should be considered for the patients who had been induced abortion, Term delivery, Uterine endometrial infection; Hysteroscopy is the primary means of the diagnosis and treatment for intrauterine occupancy or irregular uterine bleeding, but to avoid the serious complications such as uterine perforation or heavy bleeding, the Surgery must be suspended if there are many difficulties in operation; We should strengthen the reproductive health education of the adolescent, pre-marriage and marriage to reduce unwanted pregnancies and the resulting cavity operation, minimize the damage on the endometrium, to reduce the incidence of placental polyps.
