The Clinical Study Of The Some Measure Indexes Of Fetal Intra-Abdominal Umbilical Vein By Doppler Ultrasonography In Evaluateting Fgr

Objective: To evaluate fetal growth restriction(FGR) by measuring indexes fetal intra-abdominal umbilical vein(FIUV) including diameter,cross sectional area,mean velocity, mean blood flow volume,etc by doppler ultrasonography.Methods:Fifty-eight normal ptrgnant cases and Forty-nine cases that be diagnose as fetal growth restriction (FGR) whose gestatinal age range from 22 to 38 weeks were esamined with Doppler ultrasound.The numerical value of growth inclouding BPD,HC, AC,FL.The Measure Indexes of FIUV-D and FIUV-Vmax,then calculate FIUV-A,FIUV-Vmean,FIUV-Q,FIUV-Qmean,D/HC,D/AC,Vmean/HC,Vmean/AC,Q/HC,Q/AC. All the cases would be visited pregnancy prognosis until the pregnancy procedure end. Then compare pregnancy prognosis from lean FIUV group and normal pregnancy group.Results: 1,In the midtrimester group,between FGR group and normal pregnancy group, there were signigicant differences of some indexes(D,A) (P <0.05),others indexes(Vmean,Qmean,D/HC ratio,D/AC ratio,Vmean/HC ratio,Vmean/AC ratio,Q/HC ratio,Q/AC ratio) had not statistical difference(P>0.05).2,In the 3rd trimester group,between FGR group and normal pregnancy group,all the indexes had statistical difference (P<0.05). 3,The lean FIUV group had the worse outcome(P<0.05).4,The incidence of the pulsation of FIUV between FGR group and normal pregnancy group had statistical difference (P<0.05)in both the midtrimester group and the 3rd trimester group.Conclusion: Detection of indexes(D,A)in the midtrimester group and detection of indexes(D,A,Vmean,Qmean,D/HC ratio,D/AC ratio,Vmean/HC ratio,Vmean/AC ratio,Q/HC ratio,Q/AC ratio) in the 3rd trimester group shall be used in evaluating FGR.Lean FIUV may be related to the worse outcome.
