Aims:To discuss the mechanism of Bushentianjing Fang, we observed the role of Bushentianjing Fang to mice models damaged by Y ray, and its role in DNA damage repair ATM/ATR pathway.Methods:The male and female balb/c mice were divided into normal group, the pathological control group, the kidney group, blood group and yin group. Ray irradiated mice with y model were used. By using real-time RT-PCR method, the gene expression of the key genes ATM and ATR were detected, and by immunohistochemical methods, the expression of important proteins of the pathway was detected. All the proteins were analyzed by image analysis Technology for analysis.Results:1.Real-time RT-PCR results:Compared with the pathology group, the expression of ATR in kidney group and blood group, there are significant differences (P<0.05), while the ATM gene expression in each group were not significantly different.2. Immunohistochemical results:Compared with the pathology group, group and kidney yin group ATR protein expression were significantly different, kidney group Cdc25C, Cdc2 protein expression were significantly different (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Bushentianjing Fang can enhance ATR gene expression; 2. Bushentianjing side can promote the ATR, cdc25c, cdc2 protein expression...
