| BackgroundSchizophrenia is a chronic disease that starts in the young and can lead to higher rates of serious damage, and the serious influence of patients with mental health, if left untreated, it will affect the quality of survival, patients with long-term antipsychotic is currently the best choice of treatment of clinical. However, the antipsychotic adverse reactions, no matter which traditional or atypical it can cause ECG changes.Based on the study of dynamic observations antipsychotic drugs caused by describing the situation, and cardiovascular events compared by shenmai injection by antipsychotic medication cardiovascular events, is expected to be protective antipsychotics therapy to prevent the effective method of cardiovascular events, thereby improving psychiatric therapeutic effect. Subjects and methodsAltogether 48 cases. The male and female 20 cases, Aged 18-58,the average age 35.65 (±12.32), Duration 3 months-20 years, average (6.58±3.32) years.48 patients were randomly divided into participation in accordance with random table shenmai group and control group.The patients in shenmai group were given by shenmai injection,60ml (each 10ml containing ginseng, radix ophiopogonis out the equivalent of 1g, chiatai qingchunbao pharmaceutical Co., LTD) to 5% glucose injection 250ml intravenous drip, once a day for two weeks. The patients in control group were given 5% glucose injection 250ml to join 10% potassium chloride, intravenous drip, once a day for two weeks. During the treatment of other cardiovascular drugs don't share, also did not reduce antipsychotic drugs dosage. According to the treatment before and after the first 2,4 weekend ECG changes and treatment of symptoms appear to assess, scoring, namely side (ECG) normal for 1 minute, abnormal but no clinical significance for 2 points, has the clinical significance of abnormal for 3 minutes, with serious consequences for the four points of abnormal [3]. Clinical curative effects in ECG normal and somatic symptoms disappeared for healing, ECG ST segment and/or physical symptoms improved effectively, ECG abnormalities and ST segment still remains somatic symptoms for invalid.Application procedures, data SPSS13.0 single factor analysis of variance and x 2 test. ResultsAccording to the score for each treatment phase one, and the mean comparison and analysis, and shenmai group before the treatment average (3.0±0.42) points, second weekend after treatment average (1.54±0.72) points, fourth weekend after treatment average(1.29±0.55) points. The control group before the treatment average (2.92±0.41) points, second weekend after treatment average (2.04±0.86) points, fourth weekend after treatment average (1.88±0.85) points. Two groups of each period of treatment before scoring than single factor analysis of variance, and shenmai group are significantly reduced (T1=18.549,P<0.01;T2=20.94, P<0.01).In control group the second weekend is obviously decreased (T1 7.106,P=0.011), fourth weekend is decreased significantly (T2=21.437, P<0.01).Between the two groups we takeχ2 test, on second weekend with effective and cure,shenmai group was obviously better than control group (F=6.585, P=0.01; F=5.779,P=0.016), on fourth weekend with effective and cure,shenmai group was significantly better than control group (F=7.609, P=0.006; F=8.084, P=.0.004).ConclusionsThis paper finds that it appear 16% the incidence of cardiovascular events in the process of antipsychotic medications, see more at peace with chlorpromazine and clozapine (79.2%) such drugs. Therefore, in the process of antipsychotic medications should be strengthened with heart disease of ECG or recommended by shenmai injection, after treatment, the results showed that patients in drug 2,4 weeks of 92%, efficient, and clinical curative effect of 96% significantly better than control group (P< 0.01). The drug works fast, good curative effect, adverse reactions, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular side effects in the course of treatment of antipsychotic medications.
