Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of patients suspected invasive pulmonary fungal disease and the experience with diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine; To explore the understanding of invasive pulmonary fungal disease in Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The clinical data of 33 patients suspected invasive pulmonary fungal disease was analyzed retrospectively with the literature.Results:The clinical manifestations of invasive pulmonary fungal disease were lack of specificity. The syndrome differentiation was healthy energy deficiency and evil excess. The blood parameters in patients were significantly improved after the empirical treatment (P=0.025<0.05). The therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine might short the time for the improvement of symptoms.Conclusion:The rational use of classification of diagnosis and treatment strategies, mastery of the treatment time, active and empirical therapy in patients suspected invasive pulmonary fungal disease could improve clinical symptoms.The therapy combined with Chinese medicine could improve clinical efficacy.
