Study Of Tuina And Physiotherapy On Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Purpose:To observe the clinical curayive effect of tuina and physiotherapy in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method:60cases with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly chosen and divided into two groups:the treatment grope and control grope.Each grope contained 30cases.The treatment grope is treated by tuina and physiotherapy, and the control were administrated orally Yang Xin SHi.Result:Compared main symptoms of pre-treatment with that of post-treatment in the every grope,there is a very significant ditterence(P<0.01).Comparedthe scores of clinical symptom of TCM,the marked rate of treatment grope is 90.00%, the the control grope rate is 53.33%,and improve the symptoms much better than the control grope (P<0.05).On alleviating the angina pectoris,the total effecyive rate of treatment group is 83.33,and the total effective rate of control grope is 56.67%. There is significantly difference between the treatment grope and the control grope(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tuina and physiotherapy has favorable clinical curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,can warmjing passluo and activate blood by promote circulation.and harmony zangfu,invigorant heart and recover health.This method may related to the boosting of the patients immune system and no pain,so it worth spreading.
