Studies On The Quality Standard Of Root Of Glehnia Littoralis Planted In Laiyang

OBJECTIVE:Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang is one of traditional medicines, but its quality standards has been inadequate. This study was designed to establish quality standards of Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang, to effectively improve the evaluation criteria level of quality of Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang.METHODS:According to the study purpose, conducted a literature review relating to the quality of Glehnia littoralis. On this basis, targeted to carry out a more systematic experimental research work. Using of silica gel column to study parts for various chemical constituents Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang; established the TLC method of Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang;using of HPLC to establish the determination of sucrose, glucose methods;10 groups were determined sucrose, glucose, amino acids, extract, moisture, ash, acid insoluble ash, heavy metals and pesticide residue content of Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang. The research work carried out and the achieved results of various studies for the development of the quality standards, to lay the necessary foundation for quality standards of Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang.RESULTS:Studies in the system is proposed based on a relatively sound quality standards for Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang (Draft), and the drafting of a detailed description.CONCLUSION:In this study to establish quality standards for Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang (Draft) and compared with quality standards the current edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, increasing of TLC method, increasing of moisture, ash, heavy metals and pesticide inspection items, increasing of extract items, increased the determination of items to achieve a sound quality standards for Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang, improve the level of quality evaluation standard of Glehnia littoralis planted in Laiyang.
