Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of pedicle fixation for treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures, and to explore prognostic factors, so as to search for better treatment efficacy. Methods:In this study, Frankel classification, VAS score, Denis grading and assessment of pain,X-ray imaging study results are seen as a barometer to observe the posterior pedicle fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture.A total of 46 cases of observed cases of thoracolumbar burst fractures received posterior pedicle screw fixation surgery, According to the results before and after 1 week and follow-up stage (all patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months with an average follow-up 9±3.2 months), Analyse and evalue of the curative effect, and to explore the factors affecting their efficacy.Results:1.46 patients get out of bed (where screw loosening and one had early functional exercises)early after surgery, without implant loosening, fracture.2.46 patients were relieved of pain after surgery, compression rate and postoperative Cobb angle compared with no significant improvement in patients without spinal cord injury aggravated a certain recovery of neurological function.3. Preoperative vertebral compression rate, up the last vertebral compression rate and pain in the grade and age associated with surgery. Conclusion:Posterior pedicle screw fixation in the trauma does not increase the basis, can significantly restore vertebral height, increasing the compressive spinal column prior to the stability of the activities of patients early and effectively to prevent postoperative loss of correction and the occurrence of vertebral collapse and then to reduce the implant due to excessive stress caused by broken nails, broken rods, vertebral compression further complications, follow-up results were satisfactory. The main factors affecting the efficacy of preoperative vertebral compression rate, low back pain in patients with grade, preoperative degree of osteoporosis, vertebral compression rate before and after surgery the greater the effect the more the more, the more severe osteoporosis worse prognosis, the older the worse effects, but no significant relationship with sex. |
